Losing weight can be challenging. We’re here to help. No restrictive diets, no injections, no supplements. Our approach is a holistic, science-based lifestyle approach using real food. Gain control of your food choices, and put an end to the dieting rollercoaster. Our nutritionist will customize a meal plan to your individual goals, and help you lose unwanted weight, for good. Your personalized journey will help you achieve a sustainable weight.

Our 6-week weight loss program includes:

  • a personalized meal plan by our in-house holistic nutritionist including one revision
  • structured meal plans that are easy to follow
  • holistic approach which considers healthy history and physical activity
  • friendly, non-judgemental and knowledgeable assistance from our nutritionist
  • flexible planning with balance and lots of nutritious choices from all food groups
  • accountability checks via weekly check in via WhatsApp or email
  • educational handouts
  • a measuring tape to monitor your progression in inches lost. 

Our 6-week program also includes 6 weeks of meal prep that is customized to your plan.

  • Week 1: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks – 7 days per week 
  • Week 2: Lunch and dinner – 7 days per week
  • Week 3: Lunch and dinner – 7 days per week
  • Week 4: Lunch and dinner – 5 days per week
  • Week 5: Lunch only – 5 days per week
  • Week 6: Dinner only – 5 days per week

The cost of our program is $675 + tax. A 50% deposit is required when you book your appointment, and the balance is due the day you pick up your first set of meals.
