Weight loss Program

Our weight loss program is customized to each individual and their goals.

This program includes a customized meal plan by our in-house holistic nutritionist, snack list, weekly check in via WhatsApp or email, and a measuring tape to monitor your progression in inches lost. 

Our 6-week program also includes 6 weeks of meal prep

  • Week 1: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks – 7 days per week
  • Week 2: Lunch and dinner – 7 days per week
  • Week 3: Lunch and dinner – 7 days per week
  • Week 4: Lunch and dinner – 5 days per week
  • Week 5: Lunch only – 5 days per week
  • Week 6: Dinner only – 5 days per week

The cost of our program is $675+ tax.
